What to expect.
How long does it take?
Most projects are live within two to three weeks. The timeline depends on what we're building. A straightforward booking system is faster than a multi-step automation that touches five different tools. We'll scope it together upfront so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
What do I need to do?
Meet with us a couple of times at the start so we can learn how your business runs. After that, we build and you give feedback. The whole process is collaborative, but we do the heavy lifting.
What if I don't like what you build?
Every project goes through multiple rounds of revision. You see the work as it comes together and give us feedback along the way. There are never any surprises because the whole development process is built around your input.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Most of our clients have never used a CRM or automation tool. We build the system, set it up, and make sure your team knows how to use it. If something breaks, we fix it.
What does this cost?
Single agent: $750. Full custom system: usually $2,500 to $7,500 to build, plus a monthly retainer for ongoing support. The consult is where we figure out exactly what your business needs and what it'll cost. You'll leave with a real number.
