Our services

Lead Engine builds custom software, automations, and communication platforms for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project are agreed upon between you and Lead Engine before work begins.

Text messaging terms

Program name: Lead Engine Client Notifications. By providing your phone number to Lead Engine Solutions, LLC, opting in through our contact form, or providing verbal or written consent at a meeting, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lead Engine. Messages may include appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, scheduling links, project updates, and follow-up communications.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and ongoing projects.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOPto any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one confirmation message after opting out.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hannah@leadengine.solutions.

We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment

Payment terms, including amounts and schedules, are outlined in your individual project agreement. Payments are processed through third-party providers like Stripe. We do not store your payment card details directly.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the final deliverables we create for you once payment is complete. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of liability

Lead Engine provides services on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
