SMS Consent Policy

How we obtain consent

Lead Engine Solutions, LLC (“Lead Engine”) sends text messages only to individuals who have voluntarily provided their phone number and consented to receive SMS communications from us. Consent is obtained in the following ways:

  • Website contact form: When you submit your phone number through our contact form at leadengine.solutions, you may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox. This checkbox is not pre-selected and is not required to submit the form.
  • Inbound text messages: When you text us directly, your message serves as consent to receive replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
  • In-person or networking conversations: When you share your phone number with a Lead Engine representative at a networking event, consultation, or meeting, we will verbally inform you that by sharing your number, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from Lead Engine Solutions. The verbal disclosure is as follows:

What messages you will receive

Text messages from Lead Engine are related to your business inquiry or project and may include:

  • Consultation scheduling and appointment reminders
  • Follow-ups after meetings or networking events
  • Project updates and service communications

We do not send marketing blasts, promotional offers, or messages unrelated to your direct interaction with Lead Engine.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and conversations with our team. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
