Where it all started.
True Glow Cleaning is a commercial and residential cleaning company in Portland, Oregon. Our founder Hannah built True Glow after spending over a decade leading client-facing operations in corporate tech. She brought that same systems-first approach to her cleaning company, and it set them apart.
What made True Glow different was their communication. That same insight is what inspired us to launch Lead Engine: to support fellow service businesses in creating simple, effective systems to communicate with clients, manage relationships, get more recurring work from the clients you already have, and build a stronger reputation with Google reviews.

Our founder came into this business with the mindset of a systems operator. She knew from the beginning that strong, clear communication with great follow-up builds fast relationships and trust. For a service business, that's invaluable.
But as the owner of a local service company managing a team and juggling dozens of responsibilities, response time started to creep up. Follow-ups to request Google reviews from their happy clients went overlooked. The standard she set was getting harder to maintain without a system backing it up.
